2004: Mint R2R is launched from the dining room table of THIS tiny 2 bedroom apartment in North London.
2007: Mint UK becomes Mint Australia as it packs its bags and heads 13000 miles to Australia, and Mint "Down Under" flings open it's doors!
2011: The legendary Frank Wadsworth finally surrenders to Pete's constant begging, and comes on board, and relaunches Mint UK (based in Manchester).
2012: Pete and Frank hit 500 placements across Australia and the UK! GET IN THERE!!!
2013: Sir Alex Ferguson retires, and a decade of gloating and boasting ensues from Mr Frank Wadsworth.
2018: With help of 131 "Baller" Recruiters, scoring 293 goals, the Mint R2R Recruitment World Cup Raises $15k for OzChild!
2019: We proudly launch "Recruitment Journeys"... The very first podcast dedicated to the Australian Recruitment Industry, hosted by a Rec2Rec, and now proudly in it's 4th series.
2019: Pete and Frank hit 1000 placements across Australia and the UK! Err... BOOM!
2020: Mint UK is forced to close for a week as Frank goes M.I.A. and A.W.O.L. after Liverpool finally win the Premier League.
2021: Mint R2R hits over 400+ LinkedIn Recommendations from (mainly) happy Candidates!
2021: Pete and Frank celebrate 10 years working together. Pete buys Frank an expensive and heartfelt gift. Frank buys Pete absolutely jack shit.
2021: Mint R2R finally rebrands with this incredibly cool logo that we paid a consultancy $75000 to come up with, which we feel truly encapsulates the very essence of who Mint R2R really are (within).
