When we launched the Recruiter’s Mentor Project a month ago, it came as little surprise that these industry long-termers put their hands up to be Mentors.

Why wouldn’t they want to share their experiences and learnings with others coming through, right?

However, I must admit I was a little bit taken aback when they both said they also wanted to be Mentees.

I was surprised, but curious, so invited them onto “Recruitment Journeys” to find out why they had decided to be both a Mentor AND a Mentee to/in our industry.
